Homes for Heroes is a nationwide team of specialists dedicated to giving back and
serving our community heroes including firefighters, law
enforcement, military, healthcare workers and teachers. Those that work hard to serve
and better our communities every day.
But it’s not just the home benefit program, we are truly here to help you in any way we
can. We have a nonprofit foundation that can assist with grants in times of need that’s
given back over a half million dollars to nonprofits that benefit heroes in need. We
also have a network of local specialists that can provide event sponsorships, support
and volunteer needs in the initiatives you support.
When you work with Landhuis Residential as your local Homes for Heroes Real Estate Specialists to buy or sell your home, you can save 0.7% of the home purchase price, or $700 on every $100,000 of the purchase price. After closing, Homes for Heroes Organization will send you a check so you can purchase what you need for your new home!
Plus, if you work with our Homes for Heroes mortgage, title and home inspection specialists, you will receive additional savings. If these savings weren’t reason enough, you are also helping heroes in need when you use the Homes for Heroes program.
Homes for Heroes donates a portion of all its earnings to the Homes for Heroes Foundation, which provides grants to nonprofits that help heroes in dire need.
